Mrs Hocutt Helped me a lot through my first home buying process this spring. I really didn't know what I was doing nor the process on where to start. It was a scary feeling I had about borrowing x amount of money & having to pay it back. I started off with a low budget mostly looking at apartments, condos, & town homes never thinking on a single income I would be able to find a home. Mrs Hocutt was always available night & day we text or email back & forth no matter the hour 10 11 o clock at night sometimes because of my work schedule. Always sending me up to date listings.
